Order Schedule

Care to Learn is proud to partner with SPS to serve students through the Care to Learn Closet Project. As your building’s closet manager, you are tasked with maintaining the inventory of clothing and/or hygiene items.

You may reorder items from Care to Learn on a monthly basis per this schedule. Please add the monthly order deadlines to your calendar.

Orders will be delivered by SPS General Services in a GREEN TOTE. Please watch for it at the General Services drop point in your building, and return empty totes to the drop point.

If you need items in between order dates, please send in an order via the order form, please reach out to Care to Learn Central Office. Please note, emergency orders should be the exception and not the norm.
